Paul Carey has 23 years experience in the Real Estate business. Being a Sussex County native, and with so many years in the business, not many Realtors have as much knowledge of the local market as Paul does.

Paul was born in first town of the First State, Lewes, Delaware. After high school, Paul attended Old Dominion University. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Paul earned a bachelor degree in Business. After collage he went on to work for the one of the world’s largest ship builders, New Port News Shipbuilding. After a few years in Hampton Roads, he came to work in the family’s heavy equipment business. After making a large commercial real estate deal, Paul felt confident he had what it takes to enter the real estate business. So in 1980, Paul received his real estate license, and since then there was no looking back.

Since 1980, Paul has had a terrific career. He earned his broker license in 1987. Paul has been a constant multimillion dollar producer. With awards like The Centurion Award with Century 21 and the 100% Club with Re/Max Associates really back up his experience.

Paul is not all work and no play. He likes to hit the links at areas many golf courses. On a nice summer day you may catch behind the helm of a sailboat.
